Welcome to East Halton Church

Nestling in the shadow of one of the largest Oil Refinery complexes in Great Britain the village of East Halton reflects its rural history. The property is in good condition and can accommodate one hundred people. The people who attend Afternoon worship age between forty and ninety. The Sisterhood meets fortnightly and covers a similar age range as the Church services. There is a close relationship with the local Anglican Church. The church hosts a number of musical events through the year as well as holding other fund raising efforts.

The service for the Stone laying ceremony of the church was on Saturday 22nd April 1967.
The stone was lay ed by Mr. Michael Der Slooten J.P.

Opening and Dedication of the church and premises was on Saturday 4th November 1967
The Approximate cost of the scheme was £7.500
