David the Printer, Prints cards large and small
Some for the Chapel some for the hall
"Can this be printed?" We all hear the cry,
"Ooh, I don't know, I'll give it a try."
Pots from the attic, Boxes galore, look at the mess we've
made on the floor.
Cups from here, saucers from there. "Doreen! Is this a pair?"
All boxes opened and unpacked with glee. All for our dear, Queens Jubilee.
Friday a.m. Will it be ready, " Wendy , did you remember
the teddy?"
The flowers look lovely, lots of red, white and blue.
Bedecking the windows, the front and the pew.
Theresa has finished doing her bit with balloons, string and stuff called '
Pritt stick'.
The tea-room is ready, the kitchen is too, and Felicia
awaits her catering crew.
Orange juice, biscuits, coffee and tea and wholesome refreshments for you and

John the night watchman, he's brought in his bed.
At least he'll have somewhere to lay his head,
" Don't worry about burglars, just switch on the lights, at this they'll be startled
and so put to flight".
Yes all is ready for people to see. Thanks be to God, Praise be.
